Welcome everyone! My name is Leana and I have decided to start this blog to track my journey to a healthier and happier life via overall lifestyle change. I am 23 years old, and currently weighing in at 220lbs, and have a goal of getting down to 180lbs by this time next year. If I can do it sooner, great, but my goal is 1 year, that way I can implement real change into my life rather than a quick fix to a problem. So my plan is to use this space to talk about my struggles and strides, how i'm feeling day-to-day, recipes for awesome healthy food, and cool tips and tricks I find along the way. I also want to use this space as a personal "diary" spot of sorts, where some postings will be merely about how I am doing mentally, and as I way to vent out ideas and frustrations etc. Hope to help some of y'all who may be needing some inspiration, and also to get new ideas about what a healthy lifestyle is and explore with me!
